Ryan listed our property on a fairly short notice and managed two different tenants over the time we listed it. He was in touch as needed and easy to reach over the phone (since we live out of town) and handled a complicated insurance claim very well. We highly recommend his services.

The decision to exit the property rental market was made a few months ago and yesterday the final proceeds were received after a successful sale.
Following Steve Southam’s departure, Kegan was appointed our property manager. During the entire time he was with us, we found him to be very approachable and easy to deal with. The real test, however, came when several people had to organize to get our property in order before the sale. Without his efforts in many different areas, we would have been stranded on our own.
