We loved staying at this property! Will not hesitate to return again. The condo had everything we needed including a beach wagon, chairs, coolers and umbrellas. The screened lanai was perfect to start and end our day. Shelling on the beach is fantastic. We also loved the heated pool. Definitely go to Salty Crab for a great place to eat – we went twice! If you’re looking for an amazing sunset/dolphin cruise, check out the Estero Bay Express – Doug was our captain and he made for an amazing experience! Overall we had a wonderful trip and this condo was perfect for our needs!

My two daughters, granddaughter and I live here. The location is great! The property is clean, the pool is nice. The farther the condo is from the water the further the picture appears. I would stay here again!

Beautiful views, great condo and great price. We really liked how they had coolers, seats and a cart for the beach. The kids basically lived in the pool. Carlos Point 324 is an updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath gulf front vacation condo located at the southern tip of tropical Fort Myers Beach, overlooking Big Carlos Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is bright and airy, decorated in a beach motif and has plantation shutters throughout. A wide sandy beach at your doorstep and miles of white sugar sand beach beyond. This location also offers the option of exiting the area via Bonita Springs, which is less traffic congested than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. RSW International Airport is about a 25-30 minute drive, and Naples and its fine shopping and restaurants are also a 20-30 minute drive away. Amenities at this resort include a gulf-front heated pool with an indoor lobby, and an area with gas grills at the southeast end of the building. Right in front of the building is a trolley stop that runs north to the Times Square area with its variety of boutiques and restaurants and south to Lovers Key State Park and its pristine beaches. Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant, is located across the bridge at Lovers Key Resort. Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all linens and towels, and in-unit washer and dryer.

On arrival there is ample parking and a secure lobby elevator takes you to the third floor above the parking level. Enter into the foyer and open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has plenty of granite counterspace and a tray ceiling with indirect lighting. A stacked washer and dryer set is located in the kitchen as well as behind louvered doors. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, glasstop 5-burner range with self-cleaning oven, built-in built-in microwave oven and dishwasher. There is a stainless steel sink with disposal and pass-through bar into the dining area. Everything is provided to whip up a full course or morning coffee and toast if desired. The adjacent dining area has a table that seats up to six and a buffet. It flows into a well-furnished living room with a sleeper-sofa, end tables and lamps, a matching loveseat and a coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the sitting area is a wall mounted flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to a screened-in balcony with a view of the resort pool below, Big Carlos Pass, Lover’s Key and the Gulf of Mexico.

The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is well-furnished with a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, triple dresser, walk-in closet and wall-mounted flat screen TV. The bedroom has its own sliding glass doors to the balcony. The bathroom has a single-piece vanity under the lavatory and storage space, commode and glass doors, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower with an updated rain showerhead and body spray. The guest bedroom is well-furnished with two single beds, night stand and lamp, 5-drawer chest with flat screen TV and ample closet space. The en suite bathroom features a linen closet, single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space below, commode and beautifully tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors and updated rain showerhead with body spray.
