We thank the staff at Vue 21. We were treated very well. Our small repairs are carried out in a timely manner by professionals. We appreciate that anyone who comes into our home for repairs is wearing clothing that identifies them as a Vue 21 employee. A special thanks to the entire staff for being awesome at work. with, friendly and efficient.
It all seems wonderful until you sign on the dotted line. Things may not be as they seem, and we realized this when we moved. Enter the apartment. The paint is done quickly where they paint on the shell, and they don’t allow it to dry before closing the door. There is no attention to detail, and there are little things that are not fixed correctly. We are only told to, “Enter a maintenance request.” We do not have a key to our storage area, and we are told, “Put in a maintenance request.” We didn’t get a fob to access the gym or pool (we didn’t know we needed one), and we were told again, “Take a maintenance request.” We are not registered for the Amazon Center, and when my husband asked about it, he was told, “Of course, you are.” We do not. If we go down to the rental office, the staff will be annoyed if you ask questions or sit in the common area in the rental office. We assume they don’t want to help because they don’t get paid for it. My husband has already commented that we are leaving as soon as our lease is up, and we would not recommend anyone to live at Vue21.
