Very old apartment. Still no electricity and hot water. Extremely noisy. There are children playing in the street and they are very dangerous. Not quiet at all.

Regina the community manager was so helpful! Finally, I could not bring the apartment for personal reasons, but I was from another state and Regina was kind enough to go take pictures of the specific unit I was interested in as well as answer all my questions. He really went the extra mile to help me and I really liked the place I soon called home. If I ever end up moving this way I would absolutely suggest Anthos in Kirkwood!

Pros: I have loved my time living at Anthos Kirkwood for the past 2 years. The new manager came in around August and made a big difference. Very knowledgeable and the door was open to hear all our concerns in reason. The maintenance crew has improved by responding to our issues faster and trying to work around our schedule. Using our tenant portal to pay the rent was also great. I could open the app from anywhere and pay the rent Disadvantages: corporate offices are not very knowledgeable. They come every two weeks and see that things are fixed but nothing gets fixed, for example, they keep patching pot holes every year instead of doing it right the first time. The outside lighting has been a problem in the past but has been resolved with the current manager. All the hallways were in desperate need of painting but they were finished before I moved out. They don’t have enough maintenance technicians to fix all the problems and I understand the manager was trying to prioritize the maintenance calls. The previous manager put in a tenant who smoked illegally and didn’t care, didn’t want to hear it and didn’t want to do anything until the new one.
