My initial conversation with Roy was great, he went over everything and told me that the rent was 8% of the cost. He told me he would type a management contract and get us started, 10 minutes later we spoke to Roy and he said the price was 10% and refused to take us based on the area of our property.. Very quick and easy process! Saw one of his properties listed on Zillow and immediately scheduled a display for the next day. All it took was a call to a number to set it up and it was ready to go. My boyfriend saw the house for us and we loved it! After that, we applied. The next morning we received a text and email saying we had been approved and had taken the next steps to secure the house. Already pleased with the responsiveness! Very quick and easy process! Saw one of his properties listed on Zillow and immediately scheduled a display for the next day. All it took was a call to a number to set it up and it was ready to go. My boyfriend saw the house for us and we loved it! After that, we applied.
