I lived in a one bedroom apartment with wood floors and updated appliances and a private balcony dishwasher and washer and dryer in the unit. The complex is equipped with a sand volleyball court, 2 heated swimming pools and hot tubs, a fitness room, a racquetball court and meeting space. It’s a fair price for everything you get and they always have great deals for new renters. My experience in property management is what makes this place worth living. They are respectful and polite. Every work order I’ve placed (which is very rare) has been fixed within 24 hours of submission. Neighbors are nice and friendly! The only negative is that if you live on the west side of the property there is an animal shelter. In the morning you can hear puppies barking. However, the noise goes away within an hour or so. So if you decided to love this place, just ask not to live on the west side of the property!
