“Wow! Our long-term real estate business folded during COVID. We checked and found Jay’s. This was a first-time operation. After the first call, someone was out to give an estimate on the Soon after, we received a follow-up call to make sure we covered everything and see if we had any questions. We booked a date for the work to be done in the next two weeks. Today, a small group of very nice men came on time, and confirmed the work that was going to be done. It was done and right. My first thing was to make new beds and mulch them, they did it all quickly and the beds looked great. We had heavy rain the night we did it and the next day I saw the paint coming off the black mulch, I’m not sure if I should mention it, but I did and they didn’t hesitate. to be honest, this was the first time they used the customer, they actually removed the raw mulch and replaced it all within a week. I was very impressed and happy. I 100% recommend this company.
“Jacob is responsive when you call to get an estimate. He was very accurate with his pricing and very knowledgeable about the many different jobs you may need to do for your home/land. My wife and I recently purchased a new house and it’s in. done lots of interior improvements. Mowing was needed for now but weeding and mulching is something along with all our other plans. there will be too much to do now. I asked Jacob his first estimate for mowing a price for an estimate for some other work. Once I contacted him to take care of the grass and mulch he answered the day after a date and then called me and said he could come a few days earlier. When I got back. At home from the work that evening I can’t believe how amazing it already looks and it’s not even finished. I would give a higher rating than 5 if possible and would recommend SCH Landscaping to anyone who needs something on their property completed. They are very easy to work with and are willing to make you a happy customer regardless of the size of the job. Also the funny part of Jacob and his father working together is an added bonus!! We will definitely be hiring SCH Landscaping for many more jobs that need to be done soon!!
