A beautiful place with Florida charm. We enjoyed spending time on the lanai, hanging out in the community, and relaxing at the pools. Quiet family friendly community with welcoming residents. We would love the opportunity to come back again. Many thanks to the property owners and thanks to Stefan Mueller-Reinisch for managing this property so well. Stefan was readily available and was more than happy to help.
Beautiful street in Palm Aire – access to on and off campus shopping, easy drive to downtown Sarasota with lots of restaurants, shops, theater choices. Comfortable accommodation with necessary utensils and attractive decor. One recommendation I would make is to install shower bars to get in and out of the tub.

It is a townhouse with two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (shower and tub/shower combo). The condo appears to be newly renovated and is well maintained and clean. It is modern and functional. It has everything to feel good. A spacious living room with sofa and dining area for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Historic downtown Sarasota and the beautiful beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. Shopping malls for everyday needs are around the corner, so to speak.
It is very reassuring to know that Mr. Stefan Mueller-Reinisch of Gulfcoast Holiday Homes is always available and helpful at all times.
The reservation can be canceled by the tenant at any time, provided that the cancellation is sent to us in writing.

The following terms and charges apply to all cancellations, once a confirmation has been sent and the payment deposit has been made:
Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total payment, which is equal to the down payment is lost.
Cancellations 30 days or less before arrival or no show: 100% of the rental amount is forfeited. Refunds will be given for those cancellations, where we can book the exact days at the same price or higher. Otherwise, the difference between the canceled booking and the replacement booking will be refunded. A $150 administration fee applies, which is deducted from any potential refund.
The purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect the traveler against the cost of cancellation due to family illness, loss of a job, death in the family and so-called storms.

The guest will pay 25% of the total price of the accommodation, fees and services incl. fees after booking to confirm and secure the booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival to the credit card on file. If the remaining balance is paid by check, in addition to the rent, the tenant will pay a late charge in the amount of $200 for payments made 3 days after the rent is due.

Chef Jason McConnell offers fare often found on the stretch of Interstate 55 that runs from Memphis to New Orleans, also known as 55 South. The highly anticipated restaurant will be next door to Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint (opening later this month) and a soon-to-be-announced casual concept by McConnell that will specialize in tacos, tortas and margaritas. The restaurant “campus” will share an outdoor dining space, including a beer garden connecting the three restaurants. Brunch will also be offered after the initial opening, including a limited menu of breakfast staples, along with the regular lunch and dinner menus. Drink specials will be available with the brunch launch, such as a Bloody Mary bar, with two-for-one mimosas.
