Mark has lived and invested in the area since moving here from Oregon in 1994. Mark’s family came west on the Oregon Trail in 1852 and settled in Oregon. Many family members chose Idaho, which gives Mark a solid history in the Pacific Northwest. Personally he has several good stories to tell. Mark’s primary focus is offering his expertise while helping people achieve their life goals.
Mark founded A2Z Property Management, Inc. in 2013 after managing properties professionally for 20 years. A2Z Property Management aims to provide you with clear and simple communication. Every unit we operate is renovated and kept in a very clean and comfortable condition. We handle both furnished and unfurnished properties. Our furnished options are in and around the downtown core and historic Boise North End. All our properties are very well maintained and we strive to offer a quality place to stay at a good value. Mark has been a licensed Realtor since 2001 with an extensive background in finance, property management, FLIPS, and commercial/mixed use properties. We thrive on referrals!! Craig moved to Boise in Y2K and has watched this beautiful city grow and get better every year. My goal is to make property management or real estate sales as easy and stress free as possible. Craig is known as the “wrangler” in the company because he follows through and makes sure everything is in place. Craig spent his early life in Phoenix, Salt Lake City and Los Angeles before moving to Idaho. He loves to snow ski and enjoys the Idaho outdoors.
Trish brings two decades of property management experience to the team. He constantly maintains a positive attitude and strives for flawless interactions with tenants and stakeholders alike. Trish joined our team in September 2021 and immediately became a valuable team player. In addition to taking charge of all tenant relations, he also finds great satisfaction in helping our STR (Short Term Furnished Rentals) owners design and set up their properties for our Executive/STR guests.
