Each of our properties has a unique Pet Policy, outlined in the ad. Before you schedule a show or submit a rental application, review your hotel’s pet policy to make sure your pets are compliant.
Applicants with a pet or service/companion/service animal must submit a pet application through a third-party pet inspection service. There is a fee for the service (fee is waived for service/companion/service animal). The application is available here.

If pets are allowed, the deposit will be increased by $500 per pet and Tenant will pay a Monthly Pet Management Fee (“Pet Fee”) of forty dollars ($40.00) for each pet.
Even if the property allows dogs, the following breeds are never allowed: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Canary Dog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. It is not recommended to apply for these breeds as pets.

Steve has been in the Real Estate and Finance industry for 30 years. Steve is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Initiator. When not involved in the development and management of HCM Property Management, Steve enjoys Southern California’s great weather for golfing, hiking and mountain biking.
Vicky wears the hat several times in HCM, but primarily acts as our project manager overseeing larger property repair and operational improvement projects. Vicky is a resident of Rancho Santa Margarita, has two children and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
