We are looking for a sharp, motivated and proactive operator for this new role at FreeWill. You will be a key part of enabling our revenue teams to use clean data and systems to achieve their goals. You must have demonstrated the ability to work at high speed with high accuracy and a great interface. Detailed work is the main focus of the job, and those details must be processed quickly, correctly and efficiently. This is a great role for an individual looking to build revenue operations expertise with a focus on Salesforce system management and best practices.
FreeWill has established an indemnification and non-negotiation policy for reasons of fairness (we believe that a person’s salary should not be determined by how comfortable they are to negotiate). As a result, we want to be transparent and upfront about compensation. When we make offers, we offer multiple options so that employees can choose between salary packages that prioritize salary or stock options. The bids for this role will be between $75,000 and $85,000. We have also historically offered competitive annual increases.
