This role will partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. In addition, they will own software that works across the broader HR team. To be successful in this role, you must understand work priorities and translate them into work with the highest impact. You’ll help business leaders dig into the corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.
Amazon (amzn) Raises Base Salary Maximum To $350,000 From $160,000
To succeed, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, tactically execute, and collaborate across multiple teams, levels, and situations.
Success in this role will require effective partnership with middle and senior management within the organization to implement human resource strategies that enhance organizational and people effectiveness. An individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows. Additionally, the individual in this role is responsible for partnering with leadership to teach, train, and grow the Amazon culture by ensuring that leadership principles are taught, mainstreamed, and integrated into every component of the Amazon talent system.
